Because of the changes in elevation and the distance of this trail, both a good level of physical fitness and a technical level are demanded. The trail starts in Yebra de Basa, climbs by track to just below the summit of the Oturia peak, and then descends by path through the forest until it reaches the track to Oliván. The ride through the forest is fast and fun. The track to Oliván starts with a climb to Basarán Hill and continues on to a crossroads close to the Saint Orosia shrine, which you pass during the ascent. Once there, you can continue to Yebra by track or take trail 13 downhill or one of its diversions, all of which are more technical paths.
START: Yebra de Basa. Church square.
